Rich chocolate brown matching sofa and loveseat made by Smith Brothers in Berne, Indiana. These items were ordered in May 2020 and delivered in June 2020 and have been used lightly for only 15 months so there is no wear. We have no pets or children and do not smoke. Both the sofa and loveseat have a semi-attached back. The sofa is 7 feet long, 44 inches deep, and 34 inches high. The loveseat is 5 feet long, 44 inches deep, and 34 inches high. There are two pillows to match with shades of blue and brown. They have both been treated with a 10-year fabric protection; however, the fabric protection plan is not transferrable. Smith Brothers furniture is of the highest quality and is made in the USA. As is shown in the attached photo of the sales receipt, we paid $2399 for the sofa and $2376 for the loveseat. We are asking $1290 for the sofa and $1265 for the loveseat, a savings of about 54%. We will sell the items together or separately. The buyer will need to pick up the furniture.
